4. Legal Grounds for Processing (KVKK Articles 5 and 6)
- Establishment and performance of the contract (reservation agreement).
- Fulfillment of legal obligations (invoice, tax, audit).
- Legitimate interest of the data controller (operational efficiency, security).
- Your explicit consent (marketing communication, optional data collection).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is transferred to the following parties only to the extent required by the processing purpose:
- Contracted drivers and our operations team — for the execution of the transfer.
- Payment service provider (iyzico) — for processing payment transactions.
- Cloud/SaaS service providers — for server hosting, e-mail, and SMS delivery infrastructure (may involve transfer abroad if necessary; in such cases, KVKK Article 9 conditions are complied with).
- Authorized public institutions and organizations — within the scope of legal obligations.
Your data is not sold to third parties for advertising and marketing purposes.
6. Method of Personal Data Collection
Your data is collected electronically through forms filled on our website, correspondence with our customer service, payment processes, and technical records left during site usage (cookies, log files).
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed.
- To request information if processed.
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
- To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.

To exercise your rights above, you can send an application including your full name, Turkish ID number or passport number, contact information, and your request to info@istantravelpoint.com. Your applications will be responded to free of charge within 30 days in accordance with KVKK Article 13. (If additional costs arise, the tariff determined by the Board may apply.)
9. Data Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period prescribed by relevant legislation (e.g., 10 years under tax legislation) or as long as required by the processing purpose. After the period expires, data is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
